For our client, primary company operating in the renewable field, we are looking for:


The selected candidate will support the development of the distribution channel strategy for the solar inverter business and manage the global implementation in interaction with the front-end organization to drive profitable business growth through distribution channels.

Your main responsibilities
  • Accountable for achieving the distribution sales target;
  • Contribute to achieving key targets for the distribution channel in specified focus markets;  
  • Support continuous monitoring and reporting of channel performance;  
  • Contribute to sales negotiation and negotiations of distribution contracts and support local Sales teams in offer proposal process;  
  • Develop global push-pull demand creation initiatives for installers and joint partner promotion programs and ensure local implementation, collaborating with local Sales and Marcom;  
  • Ensure implementation and accessibility of appropriate communication, promotion, training and support tools for distribution channel partners;  
  • Conduct analyses on channel activity and take ownership for solving problems identified;  
  • Support driving strategic partnerships, through developing personal relationships with key partners, customers and other decision makers;  
  • Direct interaction with global and local distribution channel partners, supporting the local account managers;  
  • Interactions with the global and local Sales & Marketing team.

Your background
  • Business or Engineering degree;
  • Min 3 years professional experience in Sales in technical distribution sales;
  • Experience in international markets;
  • Fluent knowledge English and Italian are required;
  • Available to  business trip.
The experience in PV Market will be considered a plus.
Customer-focused and ability to cultivate business relationships will complete your profile.

Place of work: Toscana (Firenze/Arezzo), and international transfers.
Both Italian and English CVs are required.
We offer a permanent contract with remuneration commensurate with the experience gained in the role.
